It takes a village to run a swim team and ensure we meet our obligations for meets in which we participate but also ensure a positive and enjoyable season for all swimmers.
We require a volunteer commitment of 10 hours per family over the course of the entire short course and long course season (September through July)
A volunteer deposit of $250 will be charged on the first monthly bill. The deposit will be credited back to your account at the end of the season, if all hours are fulfilled.
There are ample opportunity to get your deposit back and many different ways to earn volunteer hours. This can occur through helping out with events or meets, coordinating social events for the team, or taking a role in regular running of the operations of the team through a vacant Board of Directors position. There are several other opportunities to regularly support team functions.
