If your swimmer is new or newer to the sport of swimming, Vortex Swim Club is offering two swim clinics that will help them be successful with a club swim team.

Clinic 1: 8/18 - 8/21 from 4:45-6pm at Raintree Athletic Club. $70

Clinic 2: 8/25 - 8/28 from 4:45 -6pm at Raintree Athletic Club. $70

These 4-day clinics are designed to introduce new club swimmers to the essential skills, knowledge, and etiquette required for successful participation in a swim team. Each day will be 75 minutes long, focusing on one primary stroke while integrating other crucial topics.

Overall Clinic Goals:

• Familiarize swimmers with the pool environment and club practices.
• Teach fundamental swimming terminology and concepts.
• Develop basic understanding and technique for all four competitive strokes.
• Introduce the importance of dryland training.
• Foster good lane etiquette and teamwork.
• Explain the role and benefits of swim competitions.
• Build confidence and enthusiasm for competitive swimming.
